OPTION 1 - 🏠 Private Room Reservation
Price: $200
Reserve one of our 14 private rooms at Hilltop Inn.
Each private room includes a full bed, private bath, and access to common areas.
Choose Private Room ($200) if you’ll be the only guest in your room.
Add on: ($35) if you’re sharing the room with another attendee.
Limited to 14 total private rooms. Once sold out, no additional rooms will be available.
OPTION 2: 🛏️ Shared Room (Single Bed)
Price: $120
Reserve a single bed in one of Hilltop Inn’s cozy shared rooms.
Rooms feature twin or bunk beds and shared bathroom access.
Perfect for solo travelers or those who don’t mind sharing space.
We’ll assign roommates before arrival.
Limited availability — once all shared beds are booked, this option will show as “Sold Out.”

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.
Cancellations & Refunds:
More than 14 days before the retreat – Full refund
7-14 days before the retreat – 50% refund
Less than 7 days before the retreat – No refund
No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend and have not contacted us, we cannot offer a refund.
Weather & Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, extreme weather, or another urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a fair solution.

*Any funds not used directly for the use of All Saints Facilities, meals and over execution of the retreat will be donated to All Saints.
